Parachute payments to Rotherham breach regulations :ROTHERHAM, the club at the centre of slush fund allegations, have this season received at least £200,000 in payments that breach the sport’s regulations, The Times can reveal today. The disclosures raise new questions about the activities of Premier Rugby Limited (PRL) — the umbrella organisation for the 12 elite clubs — and, for the first time since the Rotherham affair came to light, the RFU itself.
