Dale has been the defensive wall many teams have floundered on . He has the ability to get at the player with the ball and hit hard ensuring the player is brought to the ground and the ball is not shipped on. Dale has set up a great partnership and understanding with Thomas Lombard, which is now starting to bear fruit under the more expansive coaching of Anthony Eddy.
