Chris Latham  -- Fullback,

Height: 1.93m - 6ft 4ins, Weight: 102kg - 16st 1lbs, Honours: Australia 73 Caps

Chris Latham (born 8 September 1975) is an Australian rugby union player, who plays at fullback for the Queensland Reds and Australia. He currently stands as the 2nd highest try scorer (behind David Campese) in Wallaby history with 31 international tries (155 points), as of June 2006.

On 12 September 2006 he was awarded the 2006 John Eales Medal. He is the first back to be awarded the medal.

He is widely regarded as one of the best fullbacks in the world, and in 2006 was nominated by the International Rugby Board for played of the year.[Latham suffered severe misfortune in early 2007 when he ripped his anterior cruciate ligament in pre-season training with the Queensland Reds, endangering his chances of playing in his 3rd Rugby World Cup this year.

His return to the Wallabies team was seen as essential to their chances of success in the tournament. and he did not disappoint in their ultimately unsuccessful campaign.

Latham will move to Worcester Rugby Club in 2008 after recently signing a two year contract, he is said to be "very excited" about the move.

Hal Luscombe  -- Center/Wing,

Height: 1.91m - 6ft 3ins, Weight: 93kg - 14st 9lbs, Honours: Wales 16 Caps

Haldane 'Hal' Naude Luscombe (born 23 February 1981 in Laingsburg, South Africa) is a Wales international rugby union player. His usual position is on the wing or in the centres. Luscombe attended Diocesan College, Cape Town. He currently plays for Harlequins in the top level of English rugby, the Guinness Premiership. He previously played for the Newport Gwent Dragons in Wales. He has also played for the Wales under-21 team.

He made his Wales Senior debut coming on as a replacement against Scotland in a pre-2003 Rugby World Cup international at the Millennium Stadium in August of that year. Luscombe has also represented Wales at U21 level. He was part of the Grand Slam winning side in the 2005, starting on the wing in the opening day victory over England that season and again the following week against Italy.

Luscombe was a regular for Wales during the 2006 RBS Six Nations, scoring his second international try in the match against France at the Millennium Stadium that concluded Wales's 2005–2006 championship and gave France the title. He started against Ireland in Wales's opening match of the 2007 RBS Six Nations, but an injury sustained in this initial match meant no further appearances for Luscombe

It was announced in March 2008 that Luscombe would be joining Worcester Warriors for the 2008/09 season on a two-year contract. He would be joining up with his former national coach, Mike Ruddock.

Mathew Jones  -- Flyhalf

Height: 1.73m - 5ft 8ins, Weight: 74kg - 11st 9lbs, Honours: Wales 1 Caps 

Matthew Jones - Fly Half - Born 1984 (4th April - Bridgend) A prolific kicker and outstanding outside half, Matt was called into the full Wales squad for the 2005 North America summer tour. He made his debut along with Chris Czekaj as they beat Canada 60-3.

He has made 47 appearances for Ospreys with his debut in September 2004 against Munster. But after recovering from a knee injury last season his route back to the No 10 jersey at 2006/07 Magners league champions Ospreys was blocked by James Hook and Gavin Henson. Matt helped Wales to the 2004/05 U21 Grand Slam racking up 49 points in 4 games ably assisted by his scrum half – Jimmy Ireland!

His rugby started with Llandovery College and Maesteg before moving to Neath. He was recognised as an outstanding talent whilst still a teenager in 2003 prompting headlines in the Sunday Mirror of “Neath on a roll as whizkid Matt stars”, as he helped Neath to 2nd place in the Welsh Premiership.

Forgotten one cap wonder and Osprey fly-half Matt Jones is poised to make a return to top-flight rugby with Guinness Premiership side Worcester, and in doing so be reunited with the man who gave him that cap, Mike Ruddock.

Ben Jones  -- Scrumhalf

Height: 1.66m - 5ft 5ins, Weight: 83kg - 13st 1lbs, Honours: England U18 

Jones, 25, has agreed a one-year deal at Sixways, joining Warriors' current scrum-halves Matt Powell, Ryan Powell and Jonny Arr.

The former Northampton Saints player will once again team up with Worcester Head Coach Clive Griffiths, who was in charge at Doncaster last season, after agreeing a one-year deal at Sixways Stadium.

Jones, a former England Under 18 international, spent three years at Northampton and was named the club's Young Player of the Year in 2004/05.

"Ben is an exciting young prospect who has played very well for a number of seasons in National Division One," said Worcester director of rugby Mike Ruddock.

"Clive Griffiths was particularly impressed with him during his time at Doncaster Knights and if he turns out to show the same pedigree that Netani Talei has shown then we will be very pleased with his signing.
